I have some suggestions for you! Most bars will make a mojito now w/o rolling their eyes - Mojito's are rum based so they are safe! A Rum Punch is also good - very fruity, uses pineapple juice! I tend to drink mainly vodka drinks...I have yet to find one that has bothered me as all are distilled and the flavored varieties are safe as well... So... -

In response to your question on the crumbles - Many restaurants and grocery stores (think salad bar) add wheat to the crumbles to prevent them from caking and to bulk them up.

Are you taking any other medicactions? If you are you could be having a histamine reaction to one of the secondary ingredients. I know personally if I take a pain med, such as viodin, I have a horrible reaction!

I'm not sure if procedures are different, but with my biopsy they didn't put me to sleep - they just "knocked" me out. I was awake, but was not conscious if that makes any sense? It was kind of like a large dose of laughing gas...I really don't think you want to be awake for this, mainly because if you have a knee jerk reaction, while they're down there... -
