    I take macula honey from New Zealand for my acid reflux and I understand it can help ulcers as well. You need medicinal grade fifteen or above and I believe you can find it at most health food or better grocery stores. It doesn't look like regular honey but it does taste similar, maybe sweeter.     I want to thank everyone that responds with suggestions. I thought you might like to hear how it turned out. We respondeded that we would be attending but not eating. Grabbed a couple sesame crackers on the way to the reception and had some expensive tasty flavored almonds I was saving for the event. I just have to mention how awesome my husband is....

    Help! I am fairly new to gluten-free and I have been invited to a wedding I have to respond to soon. The bride is vegetarian so the entree choices were ziti or chicken.
