  1. I agree that it's probably a CYA statement. You see it a lot in Australia as it may be made in a place that has gluten but if it's been tested it's under 3ppm or they haven't tested the food.

  3. I wish we'd get a gluten-free expo up here, one of the joys of living in NQ, we miss out on a lot of things. My son loves the gluten-free weetbix, the only complaint is that the box is too little, he eats 3 at a time.

And with the person who mentioned getting beer battered chips previously, I've actually ordered a gluten-free beer battered fish and steak fries from my local pub once. They had a dedicated fryer for their gluten-free products and used the O'Briens beer and home made bread crumbs...
