    Didn't think of that, but honestly couldn't stand up for even 5 minutes, lol. It finally passed about midday, and was able to eat some corn tortillas which seemed to settle my stomach...that was it, just the one day fortuantely.

    Quick drive-by. I'm okay. Had a root canal yesterday. I'm on antibiotics which are making me queasy and dizzy, but otherwise okay. Saw the Endodontist on Tuesday, and he fit me in for yesterday for the root canal so I didn't have to be in pain for too much longer. He said I have TMJ and that's why I've been in so much pain since my regular dental visit...

    Thanks, not well yesterday unfortunately. I was so sick I couldn't even sit up without feeling like I would throw up or pass out. I stayed home from work, and tried to log on here once, but had to shut off the computer before I could even find this thread. The pain level was low yesterday fortunately, but that's probably why I was so sick...I took 2 vicodin...

    Thanks Andrea! The guy I'm seeing on Tuesday did a root canal on me 10 years ago...I have to say that if I need that again, it wouldn't be the worst thing. I thought it wasn't much more uncomfortable than a regular dental appointment, lol. He apparently does good work. I'll look up cavitations tomorrow when I'm at work (if I MAKE it to work...not so sure...

    The tooth problem I think but now I'm not sure...when I talked to the girl at the specialist's office to make my appointment, I told her I thought it might be TMJ, but wasn't sure and she said that that would be why I needed a specialist, lol. So maybe he does that too?? Or, maybe it will be to just fix the tooth problems to see if that helps the pain....

    Wow, hope MY insurance covers it, lol. I saw my regular dentist yesterday...he said my symtoms do seem typical of TMJ...I also have a cracked tooth (which I've had for a while so that's not the cause of this pain and I don't eat on that side anyway)...there is also a spot between two teeth, way down in the gum which is very painful...he doesn't know...

    I know that Agave is supposed to be low glycemic, but I too find myself Rachelling it, so I've cut it and all sugars out for this week and next, and LET ME TELL YOU....I AM SEVERELY CRAVING IT!     Egads!!! Ate a ton of broccoli yesterday, lol. Been eating a mix with cauliflower in it too but not that much...don't eat cabbage or onions/garlic anymore and no lettuce since I can't have dressing. I do eat a lot of animal products...don't know what else to eat anymore, lol. Never!

    Welcome back Bev! Adhesions are where two organs or things stick together and kind for form a bond. I've never had them, but one of the girls I sing with just had them separated...they were able to do that by laparoscopy too in her case.

    Ha, don't think you'd want to eat what I cook, lol. I'd barely call it cooking, lol. Yah, I had to do something about breakfasts because I get up way too early to try to cook and fool around...so I've made 5 ribeye steaks which taste okay reheated...they're in the freezer so I can just take it out the night before and warm it up in the morning...breakfasts...
