  1. Yikes, I have an appointment with a dermatologist today for my legs...intense itching.
  2. I toast the first side on the DARK setting then turn the tortilla over, spray it with Olive oil and add salt then toast it on the MEDIUM setting... It is a little crispy on the edges but a little chewy on the inside and doesn't have the raw tortilla taste...I'm also using a corn tortilla that I found at whole foods, which looks almost as white as a flour...
  3. Yep, except mine has been out of the CHOCOLATE variety for two weeks now...could THAT be why I haven't had any Bumble Bars in two weeks. I knew it but couldn't remember who sang it...I see below that someone has found it, lol. Helps if you have a toaster oven I think...and definitely takes some trial and error with timing...
  4. Yep, diet coke is my friend in the summer time...hoping it's not that. Hum, I like diet 7up too...maybe I can try that for a few days.
  5. Well, I don't think it happens the same for everyone, but personally that's about what happens for me. I was eating low levels of gluten for a period of three years. At that time I didn't know about my gluten intolerance, but was following a low carb diet so it was naturally low in carbs...I was sick fairly constantly for those three years...constant sinus...
  6. Can't leave you people alone for even a few minutes and you're sneaking off to reek havoc in other threads!!! Do we have to send the geese???
  7. Yah, I was thinking I would pin an empty Bumble Bar wrapper on my body somewhere for you to spot me. Wonderful news about your daughter and your mom! Yay...also glad you had a better night. Premature posting...you and me both...I woke up at 1:00 a.m. with the worst abdominal pain and couldn't get back to sleep...
  8. Penguin...so sorry...I couldn't find sobbing, but did find a WACKO emoticon for those parents!
  9. Hi Chloe! Not yet...going there now. This is particularly unsettling: "and a Heathrow Airport employee with an all-area access pass, according to Britain's Channel 4. Five suspects in the plot are still at large, ABC News reported on its Web site, citing U.S. sources."
  10. I'm in trouble... Yep, I think it was a pajama party, lol. I'm scared to think what it might become in a year considering this thread only started 4 months ago. All is safe for today I think...3 days without nuggets...very good my Susie friend! Okay, I AM allergic to mold...getting shots for it an everything. ...
  11. No, not my microwave, lol. Holy goodness, how can I heat my lunch at work? We have a stove downstairs but sometimes I have to heat and eat it quickly. Can't imagine cooking it in a pot...hum, we have a regular oven too...I'll have to ask someone how to work it though...did I mention I am no Julia Childs in the kitchen. Then, I guess I'd have to have...
  12. I had a friend who wouldn't use a microwave...she explained once why, but I can't remember...but think it DID have something to do with the changing of the molecules or somethingorother...even then I couldn't retain scientificness.
  13. Interesting drive-by-factoid...when this thread started I was 50...I'm 51 now.
  14. Thanks Julie, and you're welcome, lol. It won't be too hard to leave out the peanut butter and apricot spread (that's a new addition anyway)...it's the chocolate I'll need intervention for. Hey, it's 8:43 a.m. here and STILL no chocolate.
  15. Probably all the wrong things, lol. For breakfast: Lundberg Rice Cake (with sea salt) w/nut butter (currently cashew butter--I think for the last 3 days, hummm, but I switch--sometimes peanut, sometimes cashew, sometimes almond and sometimes hazelnut) and all fruit spread (currently switching between wild blueberry and apricot). For lunch: currently...
  16. Nope, I was all over it like white on rice, lol. Just decided it was best not to write what I had typed out, lol.
  17. I was going to comment on this, then decided not to, but you've said it well. Bev, I also found this: Neutrophil Neutrophils are Leukocytes (white blood cells) of the Polymorphonuclear Leukocyte subgroup. Neutrophils form a primary defense against bacterial infection. Like all the cells of the immune system , neutrophils are produced...
  18. Bev, could NEUTS be this? NAME NEUTS (neutrophils) NORMAL RANGE 2.2-8.6 K/Æ’l DEFINITION These are white blood cells that play a key role in inflammation, allergic reactions, pus formation, and in destroying bacteria and parasites. EXPLANATION OF TEST RESULT High neutrophil counts often mean infection or inflammation. Interferon treatment ...
  19. Sounds like you are mostly okay (from the accident I mean, )...hope so anyway. Hope you got some good rest and are feeling much better today! Wow, I'm so sorry!!!! Hoping SOMEONE can figure it all out soon for you. Hummm, this thread is alive...it's entirely possible. Sorry for the computer problems...
  20. Premature posting... Cool about not having to repaint! What's under that carpet, lol? I really need to get rid of mine but I have a feeling there's nothing pretty under it, so I'd have to then do something else... grrr. Having a nice home isn't easy when one is lazy (me). back to reading... LOVE the new picture...it's so...
  21. I have to agree with this...I'll continue the love fest with an AMEN to the fact that you are all sweet great people! Thanks!
