ARCHIVED Omg...i Might Be On To Something

Thanks Susie! I'll look into the zinc connection. Not sure if my level was tested or not (or even if it can be, lol). -

Yeah, it's really hard! Things like Benadryl work exactly the opposite on me...most people are knocked out by them, but they actually make me wired. Tylenol PM does the same thing, as do most over the counter sleep aids. I was hoping the AmbienCR would be different. I didn't feel like it wired me, it just really didn't help me sleep...it seemed like it... -

Yes, I agree! I spend too much time digging around in my shoebox which is full of powdered minerals...I have to wash my hands every time I take something out. I have NO counter at all in my bathroom! There is about 2" of space around my sink, and then the toilet tank cover...that's it! I don't even have drawers in there, lol. I literally... -

I'm so sorry about your friend! I really don't know what to say about it! The fillings and smoking are definitely not good. Even if they aren't causing direct problems they are probably affecting her body's ability to bounce back. I think I was actually the shyer one, but look out next time. Um, I think they must know YOUR name though... -

Patty, I like that...they also have a smaller version for people like me with a microscopic bathroom...it's H78557. Let's see if a link will work this way: Open Original Shared Link Mango, Yeah, Sephora had some nice looking train case cosmetic boxes. -

OMGosh...I'm over the top, lol!!!! Hey, it's slow at work today and I ain't got nottin better to do. So, I have a couple of plastic tool boxes (very small) at home, and started to think that maybe that might not be such a bad idea for cosmetic storage...I also have some craft boxes that would work for cosmetics too. When I'm out and about tomorrow... -

And another picture with some actual makeup in it, lol. Open Original Shared Link The one thing I know I DON'T want is what I had before, lol. I had all my makeup in a larger plastic shoe box container. Everything flops around in there lose. If your minerals leak, as mine seemed to, then EVERYTHING is coated in the mineral dust, and since everything... -

Okay, so I decided I needed a NEW storage system for my NEW makeup, lol. Last weekend I bought a cute little makeup box at Target. It is bright pink plastic, the top opens like a toolbox, and in side there is a little mirror on the lid and two swingout trays, then underneath a larger compartment for brushes, etc. They had two sizes (and also had a bright... -
ARCHIVED Crazy Casein Confusion

I am so sorry for your situation too. It's hard enough for those of us who can communicate how we feel, I can't imagine how hard it must be to try to help a young child or baby! I agree that it sounds promising that someday your son will be able to have a bit of goat's milk! -
ARCHIVED Crazy Casein Confusion
dlp252 replied to skikat's topic in Parents, Friends and Loved Ones of Celiacs
Well, in my personal experience, I have been gluten free for two years and still can NOT have dairy. I can't tolerate goat milk either. I can have an ocassional sheep milk yogurt, but if I have more than one in a week, I start to feel the effects. My enterolab report showed an intolerance to both gluten and casein. -

Indeed! Well you can add me to the list of people who love Apple, lol. So far: Foundation: Fair Medium Semi-Matte--just got this one in yesterday's shipment and so far it's the best match I think...I've only had the make up on for about 75 minutes, but it's looking and feeling really good. This was my first sample of semi-matte... -

Yuuummmm!!!! I had my favorite dinner...steak and sauteed green beans. I'm so excited to hear about the appointment. What time is it and are you on the east or west coast or somewhere in between?! All hope is NOT lost, lol. I'm 52 and am definitely not done...there were points where I was close to being done, but all it took... -

Charcoal is a binder...it binds with things in your system and then gets excreted. It will bind with good things too, so generally I hear it is best to take it away from other supplements and things. To do multiple quotes, at the bottom of each post are two buttons "reply" and "+quote". If you are reading a post you want to quote, but want to do more... -
Off that list, the only one I'm taking is ALA. I have to be very careful with it though. I was taking one that I got from my LLMD, then bought a different brand when I ran out. The mg in the capsules was double what I had been taking, and I didn't realize it. That caused a few neuro symptoms for me, lol. Once I cut the dosage down, the issues went away...

I can't wear any at all, not hoops, wires nor posts. Really frosts me too...I have four holes in each ear and TONS of earrings, and can't wear them anymore, lol. I'd go...I think your plan is a good one. It's great to have someone that's seen him tell you their experiences, but on the other hand, he may have a totally different approach with you... -

Nevermind...I couldn't stand it so I went and tried on the Cozy Night lip gloss. It looks very natural on me. It adds just a touch of color. It's not really orange, but it does look brownish. -

No need to hunt, they delivered it just a few minutes after I posted, lol. I think I LOVE the kabuki brush. The kabuki brush I have been using is BE, and it's a short little stubby handle but a gianormous brush head. This has a little bit smaller brush head and a longer handle (but not too long). It's really soft! Ummm. The Cozy Night Lip Gloss... -
