  1. Well, I was hoping I had more bookmarked, but here is a link that may have some info for you: Open Original Shared Link I did try to reduce airborne molds by using air cleaners in my living room and bedroom...I think they helped a little.
  2. I was diagnosed with mold allergies in 2003, and most recently with mold toxicity in April of this year. My allergist told me to avoid the obvious offenders like cheeses, moldy fruits, etc. I have since learned that if you are highly sensitive, even eating leftovers can be a problem...I tend to freeze things right away rather than store them in the refrigerator...
  3. Yep, I get the pinching too...feels like I'm being bitten by bugs. Sometimes they are especially painful, and I can swear I'm being bitten by a humungus spider or something, but no, there's nothing there. OMGosh!!! Too funny! That sounds exactly like me too! That's exactly what happens and what goes through my mind...how did you...
  4. Uggg, was feeling better but this morning am starting to feel a bit queasy and just had to take off my sweater cuz I'm starting to sweat like crazy...I'm having a babesia night sweat in the middle of the early morning. Well, I'm glad the solo is over, lol. At least with the nut butters there is no fear, lol. Course I AM going through some...
  5. JULIE WAS IN THE HOUSE AND I MISSED HER!!!!! Thanks for the well wishes! Yep, I think it COULD happen that fast. I'm judging that by me, but then again, I'm not absorbing vitamins well either, so, okay, maybe I don't know the answer afer all. Come to think of it, now that I've been on my vitamins for awhile, it's not as yellow. I'm...
  6. Patti - not sure about the bacterial thing, but it kind of sounds like it! Yeah, I've never fallen asleep either. My plan is to put it (the glass) in a different location next time. It's odd that it's directly under the glass and no where else...and limited to just that little area the size of the glass. Susan and Denise are apparently...
  7. Uggg, still not feeling well today, but made it through the solo. People said it was good, so I'll just choose to believe them. Anyway, more D today and bad pain in my stomach for about an hour this morning...thankfully that went away before I actually had to do the solo for real. Very interesting stuff Rachel. Glad you "talked" to Rinne...
  8. I think what I'm taking is good for what I reacted to today. Every time Scott tests me, my "core" supplements always neutralize the lyme a bit. As far as back up...right at the beginning I told them that we should have everyone learn that part (and it's really simple so I think everyone does know it) just in case. There are two main verses...the first...
  9. Hi everyone...just a quickie today...I'm so very exhausted and really not feeling great today. I woke up yesterday with pain in my throat...didn't think it was exactly a sore throat...thought maybe I injured the back of my tongue, but it hurt all day. Then this morning I've had D all morning and I am very hoarse. There's a lot of junk and some white stuff...
  10. Thank you! Nope, I've never heard of astragalus that I remember, but sounds good, lol. Let us know if you find out anything! Hum, I think my BioSET lady actually does accupuncture...I've been wanting to try it. Mia you always say the best things!!! Sheesh, when you put it like this it really puts it into perspective.
  11. Too late for this visit by Rachel...but hopefully will catch the "one last time" visit later. SO INCREDIBLY EXCITED FOR YOU TODAY!!!!!!!
  12. Yeah, they did the half step up because the song is written in a low range...out of 6, two are soprano, two are second soprano, 1 is a true alto, and then there's me...I'm in the tenor range. So the half step up is great for everyone but me... Puts everyone else in a good range...me, well, not. But apparently the choir director thinks it's okay. ...
  13. Wow, Susie's granddad is 100!!! Amazing! Oh, by-the-way...this did NOT slip by me...currently plotting revenge. Very cool! No harming of innocents (or otherwise). Stupid celiac gene! I hate mine. Course, I'd just be so happy if I could eat YOGURT again. Don't blame ya here...I'm more afraid...
  14. Well I normally hear the term as "head banging" but have also heard head jamming in reference to certain types of music. It's probably a case of someone getting the phrase mixed up and then it kind of takes off. Maybe it's just a "my circle of friends" thing.
  15. Something about that is just so unsettling...just so wrong.
  16. Well I lied when I said I was only taking 500mg of magnesium, lol. I guess I hadn't figured it out since Anna adjusted some of my dosages 3 weeks ago...I'm taking 1 gram of magnesium and 2.5 grams of vitamin C...gee, wonder why I have diarrhea, lol. Ah hope, yes, I often wonder if that isn't why so many people DON'T recover...they have lost...
  17. Hum, Susie, I don't know if I'd take the dextrose from wheat...sounds iffy to me. Yes, the PT guy is at HN and he told me yesterday that he's thinking of doing the hot stone treatments (I had mine at the place in Willow Glen)...he's going to see if HN will buy the stuff, lol. Re the Vitamin C. I am taking 2.5+ grams a day of ascorbic acid...
  18. Bob, that's really why I went through with the testing...my thought was that I could rule it out...never imagined it would come back positive, lol. Your scope sounds about the same as mine...I had some damage to the bottom of my esophagus and a stomach polyp, but the rest looked okay until they got down to the bile ducts, lol. The LLMD I see is in...
  19. Oh Lisa...I'm speechless! Wasn't it the DMSA (or was it DMPS) that made you so sick a few months ago??? Don't they remember that! Did charcoal make you react...the only thing I can suggest is to take something that will mop it up, but I think you reacted to everything didn't you?...at this point I'm not sure which is worse...the DMSA making you sick or...
  20. Aw Mia! Patti's right, just relax today and try to be as comfortable as you can...we'll all still be here. Hope your IV goes well today. As for me...I have to take my car in for servicing this morning, then I get a nice 50 minute massage from my PT guy. He is so familiar with my neck/shoulder issues, so if he spent the entire time on just my neck...
  21. Claire, congratulations on getting the last of the amalgams out!!! Yes, I'm hoping they won't hurt!!! They almost always have us do one of our songs right as the service begins, but I'm pretty sure it won't be the one with my solo...I'm almost positive they'll have us do that song during communion, which is even worse, lol. The second song...
  22. Must remember that if it looks like people are dressing up. Yeah, I definitely get the cumulative affect. Wish sometimes I got the bad reaction on the first bite, but unfortunately don't. Very hard to NOT rachel stuff. Nope, I've already decided I'm done with it. I'm waking up in the middle of the night with...
  23. Ha, yes, I've had nothing but time to think about that stupid solo, lol!!! The cruise is at the end of October. We'll be on the ship for Halloween! (But I'm not dressing up, I'm scarey enough! )
  24. Welcome back to Carla! Hi Laura, great new pic!! I overthink a lot, lol. I don't think I really feel any detox happening unless I go over my 10 minutes. I don't think that means there ISN'T detox happening in the first 10 mintues...I think there is, but I really think it's because for me after 10 minutes there is too much detox and the...
