    I sometimes make up a batch of quinoa (I don't bother rinsing it at all - -too lazy), and keep it in the fridge for heating up in the morning as a hot cereal.     Why does this happen? Drives me nuts, and I thought it was something I was specifically doing, but sounds like we all get calcified cookies on a regular basis.
