    Mygawd!! You guys! You have absolutely NEVER made, nor tasted, such delicious baked or roasted stuff until you use the convection setting. . . .I could not believe how incredible my roasted chicken/beef tasted when I first tried convection cooking.     Gotta tell ya, I've interchanged squash, pumpkin and sweet potato in a lot of recipes, with great success. In fact, my sweet potato pie is essentially the same recipe as pumpkin pie, and everyone likes it much better. Surprisingly, better on my blood sugar level, too......
