I contacted Hillshire Farms and today got this response to whether their products are gluten free: Thank you for your question regarding gluten-free products. Hillshire Brands complies with the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act with regard to all labeling. At this time we only have limited products certified and stamped on the label...
