    Geez.... And here I was thinking that I just had a few pimples on my rear... DUH They are always in the same spot. AND yes, it can suddenly pop up. It has with me. May be stress or cc or whatever but I've been Gluten free for almost 10 years!

    I now know the difference... LOL... I hadn't had poison ivy in a very long time. It took weeks to clear up. I'm now on Dapsone and using an Ivy itch spray which seems to help some, more so than the cortisone cream I was using before.     The itching and burning is insane. I have scabs forming now. I'm only on my 3rd major breakout but 1st to figure out what it is. I've been working up to this for years but on a much smaller scale. I've been gluten free for years so I need to figure out what my other triggers are. Back to the food diary again....

    I guess it's slowly reducing the huge red patch with blisters. I think the inflammation is from me scratching. The other side doesn't look half as bad.     The night itching is what got my attention. It's horrible. I just want to climb out of my skin! Looks like mine... I've been scratching so hard that I have bruises but mostly in my sleep.

    I did my own self test for Celiac and then went to see a doctor. He said, "You don't need a test to tell you that you have Celiac. I'm telling you that you have it.     When in doubt I go back to chicken breast (cooked by me), raw veggies and raw fruits.... Gluten can cause so many "other" things" like fibromyalgia... like I have... RA-my mother.

    Thanks all.... I can't wait to take my Gabapentin tonight so I can get some relief. I usually just take it at night for my Fibromyalgia. The itching is driving me crazy!

    I also have a rash on the back of both knees right now and under the bra line. I know it's not Shingles having had that before. It's very frustrating.
