I have had the dream that I am at a party eating all the snacky foods. I don't crave the gluten but boy when I had to give up dairy that hit hard. Pain is a great motivator for me.

Thanks for this reminder about meds. I have had quite a few medicine additions and changes and need to update the gluten-free info on the new ones. -

Same here. The longer I go gluten-free the more sensitive I become and the more severe my symptoms.
