  1. I also have issues with dairy. It is not digestive. I get wheezy, cough and feel congested. I also get joint pain. I do not have an allergy though. So maybe try eliminating that if you still have the cough.
  2. I am not able to eat dairy and it has been over three years since diagnosis of celiac. However, I am not lactose intolerant.   3. Did you eat the corn right at the farm? Was it removed from the husk and roasted or was it washed? I cannot tolerate GMO corn and get very sick with ANY pesticides, especially Round Up. Something to think about.

  5. I am unable to eat oats. Even certified gluten free oats.
  6. I am having the same problem. Glutenfree since June. I went from 143 to 120 and still struggle to stay there and keep my BMI in the normal range.   7. I need help with this also. (Still trying to figure out how to post to the forum..). I have become sick several times over the last two months and it was almost always meds.. Including vitamins. I also can't have soy, oats, coffee or chocolate. I NEED vitamins badly!
