That describes me. I have been strictly gluten free for over three years and it has helped me so dramatically, that I cannot go back on gluten for the test. If I have a cross-contamination I have a reaction.

I know this is an old post, but I had a reaction to smacker's simply fruit today, straw berry flavored. It is the first time I have tried that brand and nothing else in my house could have caused the reaction.
