  1. This makes no sense to me, because if you were to have your EGD re-done for diagnostic purposes (ie. not to confirm the healing process), you'd have to eat gluten for significant time (ie. months) beforehand.
  2. I'm having a very similar experience, including the timing. The combination of how long it takes to feel better and how easy it is to make dietary errors is a real double-whammy. It's soooo frustrating.
  3. Thanks for replying everyone. I am definitely not taking chances, I'm doing my best to stay off gluten but I just mess up sometimes and sometimes the vendors mess up, for example.
