  1. Jamieson multi vitamins are what I take. Says on bottle they are gluten free
  2. Yes I see they are under products not containing gluten. Doritoes are not a healthy food and could cause gut issues just from that alone. Don't worry so much. You have to take it one day at a time. If you accidentally get glutened learn from it and move on. It is hard, but getting down on yourself will only make it worse. it's almost been a year for me and...
  3. I just had honey nut cheerios for the first time this week. I have almost eaten the whole box and have not had any negative reactions. ?
  4. I too have heart palps, flutters, skips whatever you want to call them. Ecg shows nothing. I was told by my doctor it is due to my low iron which is due to celiac. They pretty much went away after being gluten-free. But occasionally do come back. I've actually been having them for the past 3 days. But I was glutened with really severe reaction about a week...
  5. Hi Gracey This definately doesn't sound good. You need to go see your doctor right away. Ask to be referred to a gastrologist. Sounds like to start you should have a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy. Definately need to figure out what is causing the pain. Definately sounds like more than celiac. I wish you all the best.

Which sucks as I've of liked to of been able to continue to bake for my kids, regular buns and stuff. The gluten-free ones I make are good but not good enough for them...
  7. Hello. It's 1:43am I was awoken with sick feeling. I started vomitting and had the worst stomach pains and diarrhea. I have been gluten free for 8 months due to positive blood tests. I was doing really well and haven't been sick like this since before I switched to gluten-free. What I'm wondering is if anyone knows if old el paso taco sauce is gluten-free...
  8. Thank you so much for all of your advice! It is so helpful. I appreciate it immensely. Wonderful ideas I will truly do. Thank you again
  9. If it were up to me I wouldn't go but my hubby is really looking forward in seeing his cousins. I have to support him in that. Yes I will bring yummy stuff and I do know that is how they are, about lots, you are right.
  10. I am dreading an upcoming reunion. I am planning to bring a cooler with all my own things to eat so I don't starve. I really don't have a problem with that. The problem is the lack of knowledge of family on celiac. I get looked and comments along the lines that its just a fad and I'm being picky. No one is educated and won't listen to me to be educated...
