I know this is an old post but I was happy to see it here!! There have been numerous times lately that I swell up (like 3 to 4 lbs heavier) the morning after excess salt (chips, salted nuts, pickles, etc...). This happens even when I know I haven't been exposed to gluten plus I don't have the emotional side and GI issues that come with gluten. I deflate... -
Has anyone tried this Zygluten product? I too am concerned that I do not see gluten-free certification. I'd never intentionally eat gluten but would love to have a little less fear of cross contamination.

I tried it about 4 weeks ago and it was delicious! I did not have a reaction :-) but... proceed with caution... this is the response on their website: Q: Is your facility gluten-free? I am going through this right now! The intense stomach pain hit after going to bed Tuesday night and I spent the day yesterday in bed or in the restroom. Today I can tell that I am headed in the right direction but feel like crying and crawling into bed. I know this has happened in the past with a gluten poisoning event so I will take it easy today and...
