  1. I recently tested positive for Yersinia Enterocolitica. My doctor mentioned there is a correlation between this and the onset of autoimmune diseases. Has anyone had this? And if so, how did you treat?
  2. I don't have a recipe to make cheese. But wanted to let you know of a dairy free product that I have found called Daiya. They make shredded cheeses as well as cheese slices. And also have things like Gluten Free and Dairy Free Pizzas, and also Gluten Free and Dairy Free Mac & Cheese. So delicious!

But most supermarkets by me (all different chains) seem to have this brand. I've even seen it at Ocean State Job Lot. I've used it to bake breads and donuts, and also used it for breading to coat chicken and other things. The texture...
  7. Good to know I'll give it a try. I've been nervous to try oats even when they say they contain gluten-free oats.
