    Are original or berry ricolas cough drops good to go? I didn't see the bag said anything about gluten-free and there were two ingredients that I was unsure about, the starch syrup and the Carmel flavoring.

I should have stated that many people on the forums scare me and discourage me from venturing out into the gluten free world because of so much worry upon cross contamination (rightfully so) but also I feel like when people on these threads state they are constantly reacting to gluten free foods sold on the shelf...

    Thanks ennis I'll try that for the shoulder issue. How about the magnesium even if blood serum was normal would I still need it? Weird because I have symptoms of low magnesium but that was one of the normal blood levels when vitamin tested a few month ago. Can I still try it?

    Ive been receiving b12 shots since March and the only difference is my numbers went up to about 400. I'm considering taking a sublingual daily in addition to the monthly injection. I'll start looking into other intolerances as well thanks for the idea!

    I normally ever get headaches by I've had one for the last week I know it's my allergies and sinuses I just need a temporary headache med that I'm just going to take once. I never take nsaids but am willing to if they are gluten free for this headache. Any advice on something. I'm in the US

    Wow they have neomycin the antibiotic listed as a result of villous atrophy which is a medication that helps with SIBO, hmmm the body and the outside world sure is strange.

    I already know the spiel on high fructose corn syrup as I never eat or drink anything with those high contents of ingredients normally just stick to water when I drink.
