JPG, so even after your gluten challenge the blood test came up negative? Seems like there may be no easy way lol. I guess looking back I have improved just not 100 percent which is understandable especially if I have other issues. Thanks for your advice. Hello all! Seeking some advice for my future follow up with my gastroenterologist. Here's the deal I've been gluten free for 9 months. I did an endoscopy and colonoscopy in December 2016. thanks for the response, does anyone also know if Honest tea is gluten free? I have half lemonade half tea one in my fridge but afraid to drink it. It says gluten free on it. I still have a hard time knowing what products can be cc. -
I'm looking for a green tea and came across bigelow tea. Does anyone drink this brand? I was drinking republic of tea but ran out of what I had and the store that sells it is far.

Obviously candy isn't good for anyone but Halloween is the exception of the year. That being said what is everyone's favorite candy for the night?! I'd like one night to indulge and not feel left out of the spooky night!

Where do you do you find nutri- light. I actually wanted to ask you personally since I know you do not consume carbs or very minimal how would I approach that diet. Carbs I've realized are creating massive amounts of fatigue for me and reactive hypoglycemia. I just want to make sure I get in enough calories if I were to eliminate a majority of the carbs I... -

Don't know if this is a weird question but nail polish on tinge nails. What are the rules. I don't worry about it on my toes obviously my toes aren't touching my food but do i have to use a specific brand if so. What are some brands you ladies out there use? I'm in the states. Don't know if that matters.

Is Aldis gluten-free line safe? I know their items are marked gluten free such as the Gluten-Free brand. I tried calling but there was no phone line. Its so cheap so just wondering if anyone ever has problems with aldis brands. Also what are things you get at aldis

I need an anti inflammatory gluten free brand. Or something like Tylenol. I am in pain and do not want to take heavy prescriptions. Ennis I looked up the nutritional deficiency list you posted. The only ones I was tested for was b1 (three numbers away from being out of range low), b2, b3 there was none detected in my system and I asked my doctor about this and he said its not accurate and never told me what to do about it. Yes Plumbago, my Neutrophils are low in particular. I'm not on any medications or have a rash. No one in my family has auto immune problems except my great grandmother who had Rheumatoid arthritis so bad she had to move out west for the better weather. What does the urinalysis show? ennis how do you test for Candida overgrowth did I have to see a functional doctor or do medical doctors test. It would seem like a plausible explanation to my symptoms. -
