    thanks for the response, does anyone also know if Honest tea is gluten free? I have half lemonade half tea one in my fridge but afraid to drink it. It says gluten free on it. I still have a hard time knowing what products can be cc.

    I'm looking for a green tea and came across bigelow tea. Does anyone drink this brand? I was drinking republic of tea but ran out of what I had and the store that sells it is far.

    Where do you do you find nutri- light. I actually wanted to ask you personally since I know you do not consume carbs or very minimal how would I approach that diet.     Don't know if this is a weird question but nail polish on tinge nails. What are the rules. I don't worry about it on my toes obviously my toes aren't touching my food but do i have to use a specific brand if so. What are some brands you ladies out there use? I'm in the states. Don't know if that matters.

    Yes Plumbago, my Neutrophils are low in particular. I'm not on any medications or have a rash.
