    Hello all! Does anyone take the Claritin non drowsy reditabs for indoor and outdoor allergies? Its the dissolvable ones. I was prescribed loratadine as prescription but pharmacist told me the pill form had gluten in its ingredients and that this Claritin reditabs were gluten free.     Hi guys. This may be a silly question. Is Gatorade gluten free? If so which flavors? Do they test? I'm looking for an electrolyte drink as my doctor has diagnosed me with POTS.     Hi guys do any of you eat beanitos chips? I was wondering about the garden fresh salsa kind. I know on the bag it says may be processed in a facility with wheat but was wondering whose tried these. Also the terra brand chips I bought the sweets and beets kind. And one more product not regarding chips. Do any of you use country life vitamins?

    Is there a brand I can take. I just want to start on a b complex vitamin. If anyone knows of a trusted brand possibly liquid/sublingual powder capsules. Instead of pill form just because I dont think it will get absorbed. I'm not eating dairy or soy so possibly one without lactase and any soy products. Ennis you seem to know about vitamins and what to take...

    Christina, I did get my ferritin checked at diagnosis it was 27 and just got it rechecked and it was 47 so it went up a bit. I still think that is low especially because I'm still losing hair.

    Thanks everyone for the input, does anyone know of these sublingual brands. Has anyone ever taken sundown vitamins, or the garden life for b complex vitamins?

    The last time we did my b12 it was 250 and my primary said it was fine but my end started giving me monthly injections. I haven't noticed a difference yet with the injections but could just be me getting everything with the diet down correctly. I think the standard range for all the vitamins are ridiculous. Especially when they are on such a large scale like...

    So I finally had my doctor check my vitamins and I'm wondering if any of you guys know if these low levels could cause symptoms. I was low in vitamin a, b12,b1,and vitamin c amd vitamin d now none of these numbers came back completley deficient. But the b1 and vit d were right on the border like one number up. Would any of these cause numbness in my legs...

    Does anyone on here use country life vitamins? Is sunflower leitchin ok, it's one of the ingredients just didn't know if it contained gluten. Also does anyone take the sundown multivitamins it says certified I just wanted to get others input. And one last thing is there a probiotic that's dairy free and gluten-free that is a mainstream cheap brand. I'm cheap...

    I was wondering if anyone could tell me if xanax generic form alprazolam is gluten free? I got the precsription filled before I knew I had celiac so I didnt ask the pharmacy.

    Obviously general mills says their rice chex are gluten free. Is there any cross contamination? Are the other kinds like vanilla and cinnamon kind gluten-free too (trusted) has anyone reacted bad to chex? Also a milk subsituite suggestion?

    What dish soap, bar soap and hand soap should I use? I called dawn but they said they cant promise cross contamination isnt an issue. I was using palmolive for dish soap is it 100 percent safe though. Im just in the beginning stages so I still have symptoms anywho. Also bar soap and hand soap. Doesnt have to be crazy expensive and hard to find pleassse

    Thank you! Just had recent blood work and my b12 has dropped significantly along with my vit d. So will definitely be supplementing.

    Also did anyone have problems with low blood sugar before and after starting the gluten free diet.

    Does anyone know a good (gluten free) b12 sublingual vitamin and vit d vitamin brand? Also did anyones b12 go even lower than at diagnosis after starting the diet? Im 2 months in and my b12 has went down 100 (points or whatever the medical term is for it)
