  1. I personally use essential oils and would highly recommend a high quality digestive blend to help. It would be easy to use and really affordable! I can give you more info if you'd like it!
  2. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  3. Hi, I would very highly recommend taking a good probiotic. It will help the good bacteria in your gut grow. I take Florajen 3- it is supposed to be on of the good ones. Jennifer
  4. It is very possible that a celiac could be deficient in any vitamin or mineral. If a celiac has just been diagnosed or isn't following the diet, they can have malabsorption. Magnesium can come in many different salt forms. It looks like magnesium stearate isn't used as a supplement. You may find magnesium oxide or a different kind. Yes, magnesium will...
  5. I would highly recommend taking Florajen. It states right on the bottle that it is gluten free. Probiotics work great to get the normal gut bacteria working properly. It has a very high cell count and the bacteria are supposed to be better ones than those found in other probiotics. It needs to stay refridgerated but if you are gone, the capsules can stay...
  6. I would highly doubt that you could be glutened a medication that is not taken orally. As a pharmacy student, I know that they have some chance (not very much) of getting into the blood stream, but they wouldn't have any way to get into the GI tract. If these medicines do have gluten, could you possilby have touched the medicine then touched something that...

  8. I like Cream of Rice, it is in the same section as cream of wheat. It is in a smaller orange box Jennifer
  9. I also do this often with pancakes, waffles and bread. I would recommend separating them with was paper otherwise they tend to freeze into one big chunk. Jennifer
  10. I have recently done a food allergy test and found that I am sensitive to brewer's yeast. I know that it is in beer and wines but was also told to look for it in condiments. The only problem is, what do I look for? I have never seen "brewers yeast" listed as an ingredient so I am assuming it is hidden under another name. Does anyone have any tips or ideas...
  11. I had the same issue- was looking for gluten-free and DF birth control. I don't think there are any pills out there that fit that criteria. I am also using the patch and it has worked well so far!
  12. Hi, I met with my GI doctor last week. I was diagnosed in February and have been on the gluten-free diet since then. I haven't felt any differently since then. Last weekend I ate something that had wheat in it (didn't know til after i ate it) and didn't get any symptoms afterwards. So I visited my doctor to follow up and make sure I am doing things...
  13. Hi, Do I need to get new tupperware? I wasn't sure if tupperware could soak up gluten or not Thanks, Jennifer
  14. Hi, I have a meeting for work next week at Old Chicago and I am not sure if they have anything that is gluten free. I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she told me i could just request a big veggie salad. Has anyone eaten there with success? Thanks Jennifer
