    Hi Sillies- a nice evening for a walk! SusieQ we missed you :) glad youre back! Jen and I took Landen for a walk to the duck pond. We tried ways to scheme the beach getaway. Jen, Becky and Landen were all planning to go too. We might skip the Wildwood beach and go to one maybe closer to home. We will see, Ocean City MD is about the same distance...

    We don't have one of those anywhere near us...yet we see the commericals all the time. it looks like a neat place. We do have a similar facility called Let's Play the Colliseum but I have never been. I hear it can be pricey.

    I am trying to make my beach trip become a reality.... John and I are were originally off Thurs, Fri and next Mon. John has limited time off so he is going to go to work Monday and I guess I will too. He needs the time for when we buy a house. The settlement is always during the week. He is not sure about the trip to the shore since it is a day before...

    Ya know it was warm up until November last year. I remember wearing capris and sandals to HersheyPark Halloween in the Dark the last week of October. I also remember it was 70 on my wedding day--November 3rd. I went on my Honeymoon and then it was cold.

    I think it is supposed to get hot today......90's in my area. So summer will make a return for a few days yet. Our leaves have already started to fall. Some are even changing colors....fall is on its way!

Oh yes, back to work today, I am enjoying it.....nope thats a lie But I am only here today and tomorrow and then off. We were going to go to the beach Thursday into Friday but we might just do a day trip there, I am not sure yet. It would save us some...

    Em- was this the Wizard of Oz play which is on tour now,if so they are making a stop in Scranton and I was really thinking of going. Glad to hear it was done very well. Hi Sillies- Not sure what we are doing today...We only work tomorrow and Weds and then we have vacation until next Tuesday. But we meet with our mortgage guy on Weds!!! So we are moving...

    Julie- the sleepover seems like fun, yes very little sleep Remember when we were kids, we used to try to stay up all night long! I dont think I ever made it, and certainly couldnt make it now. I do know that I have stayed up all night when I worked a double shift iin the hospital during a snow storm, I worked the 2nd shift and then all of 3rd shift. My butt...

    Hi Everyone, We are heading to the Kipona later. We have been watching the Hurricane coverage all day. We had Landen last night, we took him for a walk to feed the ducks. It was a lot of fun. So now I need to hit the shower or at least the bath tub. It is supposed to be hot today so I need to at least not smell Bye Sillies

    I second what Lisa said, please consider leaving. I see all the interstates have been changed so all lanes flow the same direction.....I know leaving your home and belongings cannot be easy...I have never been through something like this.

    I am in PA but I am watching the hurricane coverage....wow is all I can say. Please stay safe, it looks like a bigger storm than Katrina. When is it supposed to hit?

    it already started going up here.....was 3.39 and now its up to 3.49 at the lowest..... The news said that 4.45 will be low if the refineries take a hit..
