    I wear L'Oreal's Enless Platinum lipcolor, and it IS gluten-free, according to the note I received from the company. But I don't know about anything else.

    Um, Sarah, I am a CA native - trust me - it IS another planet. Well, southern Cal and parts of northern and nearly all coastal.......unfortunately I live in the MIDDLE.     Hi Liz, they WERE heavy and chewy! Blech! But, it was tapioca FLOUR and not starch - does that make a difference? I will definitely try your recipe, in fact, probably tomorrow, as there is still plenty of chocolate ganache frosting left. Also wonder if I beat them too long? Does that make a difference?
