    um, yeah, I"ve tried and tried (but not consistently), and I am utterly confounded.....Richard says I have to pop popcorn and rent all the seasons on DVD - makes my stomach hurt just thinking about it....     thank you Scott for that information. It's just been really puzzling me, because a SMALL amount of gluten (a CC or product made on shared equipment) has made me SO sick, and then this did nothing at all, not even brain fog or depression or any type of body ache....nothing. Interesting also about the flour used in donuts. Maybe I should have cheated...
