I was just diagnosed with this, my GI suspected it and endoscopy/blood tests confirmed it. I sent a private message to a member who seems to kind...but I have to post my first post. I feel literally grief-stricken, as though life is over! I can't believe I have to pay so much attention to food, which I never gave a thought to before. I am extremely anemic...
