  5. we've thrown lots of bones The most healthy answer to begin with is a strict gluten-free, whole-foods (not processed), balanced diet. Filling removal may help you to some extent but....if you're celiac, and you still eat gluten, filling removal or not, you'll still have "psychotic" thinking.....trust me.
