I've been diagnosed with celiac disease 5 years ago but sometimes symptoms then other times no symptoms its weird.? so neurological  is brain fog, off balance, pins and needles, inflammation, also if eat it's like high inflammation then the villas affected! Has anyone experienced this because I'm really starting to get confused but have diagnosis from blood test also endoscopy but it's just an ache.Â

Did you ever want to cheat on the gluten free diet and take the gliadin X pill? My doctor noticed on my bloodwork results my total protein keeps lowering. Malnutrition. Occasionly, I would like to eat my favorite foods at least twice a year. Is that awful? I am going though some crazy thoughts lately.

No, I never want to cheat because I get violently ill if I get a significant gluten exposure. Terrific abdominal cramps, puking and diarrhea for hours. Besides, GliadinX will not cover a large gluten exposure. It may be effective for cross contamination scenarios but not the amounts one would get when purposely cheating. I've been eating gluten free so long now that gluten free foods seem normal to me and taste good.

Trent, is there a discussion already started about how to use this site, specifically the forums? I am finding it really confusing. Sorry, I'm a newbie to online forums. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sorry I can't help with those questions. The features you have mentioned are not ones I have used. Glad you found something that answers some of your questions. Don't be afraid to experiment. Digital learning is very hands on. Try this. Try that. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. It's the best way to learn. Scott Adams can likely answer your questions. Shoot him a PM.
