    I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I have been really crazy becasue I am moving tomorrow so I have not really posted but I have caught up. I hope everone is ok. And I look forward to everyones updates becasue it seems to have quieted down here.

    Rachel- yeah i know is hould be taking something for the other foods but I actually have been trying a little gluten and having mixed reactions I really would love to add it since I react so badly to most gluten free food so thats why I really wanted to try the peptizyde. Miamia

Kassandra- I am so sorry you are going through all of this Ok so I ordered the AFP Pepitzyde- from the place rachel orders her enzymes so I wil be trying it and preying that it helps because eating for me is really hard right now.

    Rachel- It sounds like what happened to you ahppened to me. I had been on a really clean diet for a real long time and then I took this mediciene and was able to eat more. I think I totally pushed it though and now I ma reacting to everything. I think my bos was a ble to accept a few new foods but I flooded my bucket!!!!!!! Miamia

    Kassandra- I really feel for you!! I feel very similar. Holidays are very hard with everyone celebrating and so on it kind of just highlights the things I cannot do or enjoy. I really hope you get more answers soon and just stay strong which i know is a lot easier to sa than to do. Miamia

    Kassandra- I am so sorry to hear the bleeding has gotten worse . Hopefully the new meds will help and the cramping will subside. I have an acupuncture appt. today. I have done acupuncture but not for a very long time. This guy is supposedly amazing but I am still skeptical becasue I feel so bad and while I believe in acupuncture I guess I just wonder...
