    Rachel- I never did e-coffees but i do regular warm water enemas i notice that I often feel bad aftewards though even if i have had a good release I think that it just stirs up things inside of my really sensitive system and my body can't handle all that stirring up.All my health care people have always felt the ecoffees would be way to strong for me they...

    Sherry- Nausea is not a major issue for me its other digestive woes- I just seem to do bad with well......EVERYTHING!! I take a digestive enzyme and i am definitly better with it than without but i don't think it does enough. Thats why I am interested in the one you take.     ok so i had my colonoscopy and endoscopy and as everyone said the prep was the owrst of it alll. But its over!!! The doc saw mild irritation and took biopsies. So those results will be in on Friday- of course you guys know me and can imagine how impatient I am!!! The crazy thing was the Gi Doc was actually supisingly well versed in parasites leaky gut, etc...
