hi all, i am a newbie on here and still a bit confused about the hole thing! i suffered with constipation and tiredness for a long time and put on weight real easy even tho i eat really healthy! i went to the doctor on numberous occasions and they always told me to drink more water! eat more fruit and veg! anyway long story short a new doctor...
