    I finally got my box of food from Ener G I ordered last week, YEAH!!!!! One of the things I couldn't wait to get was the Seattle Brown hamburger buns. Now that I can finally have a real burger the question is how do I fix-heat-prepare the bun?? I want my first one to be good and not discouraging. Any sugestions??????

    A few years ago I had dizziness so bad they did a ct-scan. It lasted about 2 months then went away. Last week it started again when I get out of bed or when I look up.

    I don't think mine is so much depression, I do get sad alot, but my main problem is I worry about EVERYTHING.     I agree. If you watch TV at all you can't go 10 minutes without something not gluten free is advertisied. I never ate a whole hamburger anyway before finding out I was celiac, I would end up removing the bun.     A few years ago In November/December i got to where nothing I ate Stayed where it should so I just ate pretzels(not gluten-free). In Jan. I had my capsule endoscopy and they found what they called AVM"s of the small intestine.     I had one done about two years ago. I remember just going shopping. I do not remember a prep. I didn't even know when I passed it. I know they said I couldn't fly, go near X-ray machines, or high powered microwaves. The worry before hand was worse than the actual proceedure. You have to wear a battery pack around your waist which was a little awkward...

    YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I slept all night last night. I took the Tylenol Arthritis about 9 pm and a Benadryl about 10 pm. I went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6:30. Thanks for the advice.

    The last three nights I have had severe knee and hip pain. It is on the right side of my body. I have been taking Tylenol Arthritis durning the day but I take Tylenol PM to sleep but can't take both. If I take the PM I can't sleep for the pain, if I take the Arthritis I can't sleep well. Help!!! Anyone else have this problem?
