    ARCHIVED Thyroid

I wasn't suggesting you experiment...I am sorry if you thought I was. I was just tring to suggest different reasons why people alterantate meds.
  4. I was never given blood work just told by my doctor "sounds like IBS here's some pills that probably won't help very much good luck"
  5. I would hold off on the aloe...when I was in college and was misdiagnosed with IBS I drank about a gallon Aloe over a few weeks and all my bowel symtoms disappeared...of course they came back when I quite drinking it. So I would wait till the biopsey is over to take the aloe.

    ARCHIVED Thyroid

My dad has hyperthyroid pretty bad...they burned out half of his...he alternated for awhile until he figured out the right combination of vitamins to keep him in check and then weined himself off the meds now he is fine as long as he takes his vitamins everyday...in fact he has put on about 15-20lbs and is looking a little chunky these days. My parents...
  9. I read that it can take up to 36 months for mental symtoms to completely go away after going gluten free...also it sounds like you eat pretty healthy...and pretty balanced. The reason most Americans only have 1 bowel movement every 2 to 3 days is because they eat a lot of high fat, to much protin, and way to much dairy and cheese...all things that slow down...
  10. Sound like you might be pregnant...I started throwing up the day after I got prgenant with my third child...But I threw up constantly with my first daughter and finally figured out that my I couldn't digest those hard vitamins very well so I got chewable ones from my doctor and it helped alot...also drinking lots of water prevents so much nasea and make sure...
  11. I got most of my tips from the book"How to choose the sex of your baby" It is not only for choosing babies sex but it helps you get pregant no matter what sex you want. You can probably google it and find it online. It will help you know when you are ovulating...the best positions for pegnacey (doggie style) and give you other tips...if you want to make...
  12. I know I have posted this a couple times but it really works for gas, bloting cramps....and it is natural. I take 4 activated charcoal tabs after being glutened every 4-6 hours till I feel better. Charcoal takes meds out of your system as well as the gluten so it is not a good idea to use if you are on a neccary medicine like a diabetic med then don't take...
  13. That is so great congrads!
  14. Yeah, my husband made me go in for tests about my brusing. He said I should go find out what was wrong before people started accusing him of hitting me. My doctor ran a bunch of tests and then said I just had thin blood...he said just be happy when you get old you won't ever have to take blood thinners. I never associated my celiac with all my bruises...
