    This was alwaysa family tradition at Thanksgiving and Christmas time when I was younger and I made it again a few years ago, it comes out wonderfully gluten-free. Ener-G pretzels work well too. This would be a great 4th of July dessert too, maybe add in some frozen bluberries too for the red, white, and blue effect.

    This sounds yummy Collette. I am going to have to sub mango puree for the pineapple and no rum (maybe less honey because mangoes are so sweet), but I think it will be really good!

    I personally would call the Dr Sarah. if they have no suggestions to offer you than fine, but my thinking is better to let them know what you are experiencing. I don't have any experience with this or words of wisdom, but please hang in there with it. Can any of your friends help you with the kids?? And no luck with finding a YMCA in your area...
