  1. Does anyone know if Arm and Hammer baking soda is gluten-free? Is it very common for baking soda to gave gluten in it?

  3. If you just want chocolate milk, you could try adding regular baking cocoa and sugar. This give you more control over the ingredients. What I do is put a little tap water (not cold) in the glass. I mix the cocoa in this, since it is hard to mix with milk. Then I add sugar, then the milk.
