    Karen, Thank you so much for your suggestions. When you mentioned that Lomotil isn't gluten-free I discontinued it and when you mentioned it here again, I thought I'd better check the Prilosec OTC that I take-OPPS! It's not on the list either! Thanks again, Granny

    Burdee, I use Mission Brand white corn tortillas and I do heat them in Microwave for a few seconds. They work great! I don't find soy, gluten, or dairy but will list ingr. so you can determine for yourself. I might be missing something and not realize it.     Does anyone know of antibiodics that are safe for us? I have a lot of respiratory problems and just got off antibiodics that really did a number on my bowels.
