    love the brand i eat there rice bars all the time, but i was going thru my local co op and i found a flavor of cereal i had not seen almost got to the counter when i realised that this particular flavor (hunny combs nockoff) was not gluten-free, so i put it back and got there version of coco pebbles, really good but now my stomic does not feel that great...

    i thought clearly listing was black lable above ingridants stating wheat.. but the more i read labels that claim to cearly disclose the more i notice i have to still read down the list to find it yeah its obivues like wheat flour and stuff like that but i thought they where supposed to do the black lable thing or dark black text

    oh i messed up im using scotch brite Soap pad (says on the box they are ment for steel wool), hey are these dangeriuse i just kinda rememberd they have soap in them to begin with, dont know about gluten -- it does say not to used on polished stainless though, woops- o well goodbye polish

    i use a scotchbrite steel whool, and then wash it with ajax afterwards

    are sobes gluten free? im trying to find stuff to drink besides juice,water and gatorade and a sobe like grap grog or dragon fruit sounds really really good, its a swealtering 92 degrees with humidity today and i need something nice cold and refreshing
