  1. Definately agree with this statement! Hope you feel better real soon. Paula, Hugs. Sorry for all you are going through.
  2. Getting a diagnosis from a doctor is a personal thing. My family is not officially diagnosed, but we did have positive ELISA IgG tests as well as celiac genes. I don't know whether we had progressed to celiac but consider us celiac due to the genes. Be sure to check your soap/shampoo etc. for wheat/oats/barley or rye. I know wheat and oats are in...
  3. You could still come up here Donna. I will be driving you so you wouldn't have to worry about driving on this end.
  4. Those all sond nice Donna.....Thanks for the rundown. Maybe you can teach me about all this stuff when you come up here.....hint, hint, hint.
  5. Sherry, I hope the house doesn't have unwanted critters around.
  6. Rachel, and Donna, I don't know the normal proceedure for the order of amalgam removal, but my dentist takes the quandrant with the biggest reading first. I was glad to know that I wouldn't have to go up there 10-11 times. It's a 2 1/2 - 3 hour drive from here.....in Seattle.
  7. Sounds like a great consult Rachel. That OAT test sounds interesting. I'll be awaiting your results on the stuff you have done.....including the porphyrin test. I'll bet the dentist office will be soooo thrilled to hear from you again.
  8. That sounds miserable Paula.
  9. I got my appointments made for the amalgam removal. 4 appointments starting on the 25th of August and ending on my birthday. Oh what fun! They'll be about a week apart (only change is labor day). Got an email in to Dr E to see if she wants to see us after one of the removal appointments or after they are done.
  10. It must be something they are coming out with. The ingredients don't list oats....it's kaolin clay or something like that.
  11. Is that all the finishing powders but the 3 new ones that say rice powder. I got the start to finish powder......is that oat? Must go look and see if I can figure that out.
  12. Welcome Leslie! I have just started using this myself so I'm not much help. It seems the others already answered your question. I haven't looked around the new site too much as I have no more money to order anything and what I've got will last me awhile. You'll have fun with this though. I hadn't worn makeup for a long time either and still...
  13. Kassandra, Hope the ultrasound goes smoothly for you. Is the hormone test a blood draw with the typical around 2 week for results?
  14. Mia, It's always good to see your face.....sorry you have been in a weird place. I hope you get things figured out soon. Birdy, Hope you have a fun week.
  15. Jin, Good to hear from you! Let us know how the appointment goes when you are able. Kassandra, Yay on the appointment on Sunday. Let us know how the IV goes when you can.
  16. Keep us posted as you can. I'll be among those waiting.
  17. That means you need to get used to checking email more frequently. Hugs.
  18. Yay! That is better than nothing. Maybe it was a typo and it will be 20%. Don't know why they wouldn't change it if you didn't know about it to begin with.
  19. Donna, I'm sorry things didn't go as planned for your appointment. I'd rather do more natural treatment of metals unless more was needed as well. Amy should be able to help with what would be best for you right now. If you do see Dr. Amy and need to come up here first to establish yourself as a patient, I'd be very happy though. If we could...
  20. Hadn't seen it Rachel.....thanks. Wish I had known this stuff before I had my teeth worked on during my last pregnancy though.
  21. I know all about nights hubby has to work late. We frequently have to plan things for the weekend, including celebrating the children's birthday's together. I don't know about Jin, but Julie's posted on other threads within the last few days. Hope your herx isn't too bad.
  22. I'm still not sure what to do with everything. I have the start to finish powder which I assume is used before the foundation? Birdy, By all means.....order!
  23. Keep us posted Kassandra. Hope you're able to get your appointment.
  24. If you tested intolerant to gluten then you will do fine with the diet. You don't need further testing unless you will need something for school, from what I've read. I homeschool so that's not a problem for us. We did Enterolab and US Biotek as well. I found the gene test very useful through Enterolab. We all have celiac genes so won't be going back...
