That is soooo interesting cos i have actually sufferd with thrush(candida) for nearly the whole of my adult life. The only problem is no one has ever managed to find out why i get the infections so much and so bad. Its starting to diapait now but its been over 2 weeks now since ive had it ( might be 3 actually ) now 3 couses of tabs and other treatments later... -

Is gluten intolerance the same as celiac disease? newly diagnosed and am looking at labels and am confused, what the hell is modified maize starch? Is is safe? Also mustard, in paiste, seeds and flour? ohhh and date paiste? havent seen the deitician yet so frightend to death in case i eat something bad. Advice anyone please? -

just been diagnosed with lactos and gluten intolerance. VERY confused, im told that it can be genetic, what does this mean for my children, i have 3 boys all whom love milkand cheese etc.they seem fine but are there any early warning signs that i can keep an eye out for. M y other concern is that im training for a marathon and have run for quite some time...
