basically they can be the same as if you have been glutend, well they are for me anyway. the D is a bad one for me, although when i get glutend i tend to suffer with C which is strange. i suffer with the D and C when glutend but more C when glutend -

i had same problem, started weightilifting and it helped , not little ones big ones to add muscle , low weights will only add tone. muscle weighs quite a bit.. -

last straw this one, but when i get insomnia it lasts a couple of days ( dont know whether its due to G ) so the second day i have a stimulation drink and exercise a lot dont sit down allday and keep VERY buisy all the time, by the time bed comes around im falling in to it, it works more than it doesnt. -

me too, i didnt realise that i had brain fog as i was` living with it constantly, it wasnt untill i went gluten-free and then accidently glutend myself that i had a bad attack and the brain fog was awfull, i realised how ide nombed myself to living with it, it was just normal to me. -

there are 14 pounds to a stone, and yes " bully for you " is used commonly or at least i hear it. nice you have a bull dog, a friend had one which was lovely but it got stolen anbd used for fighting it was awfull. -
i never thought about the anemia, that amkes sense, i am anemic and have been for 10 years.

carla im so confused ( scartching my head ) think im gonna stay away from wheat as a DEF but our labelling is wierd im sure, back to the drawing board of reading the ingrediants and everything from scratch. thanx for the advice everyone its really helpfull.

i was allways told that you could be ok with wheat if your G but some people do have intolerance to it which i think is probable. ive cut out wheat now but its difficult here cos they will label things here gluten-free but they could contain wheat, they dont consider wheat to be gluten. its very confuseing. im not sure im getting this right but hopefully...
