i gained weight, i didnt feegreat about myself when i was on it and my periods stopped, at first it was great so i went and had a second injection but the second one was bad, ive got 3 kids so i didnt give me difficulties in haveing children. everyone is different tho. -

i had your prob abd what helped me was protien, every meal and in between. also you know those shakes that are meal replacements, you should try them as a drink inbetween meals to help build up. lots of high fat meals and high suger snacks to give you energy, and also the rehydrateing drinks are good as they do contain some good nutreintrs and cals. hope... -
sorry i should have been clear the pierceing had healed up good it was the insect bite next to the pierceing that made things turn. i dont think it is titanium but i had my nipple pierced a while back and it was fine. the reason im changing the bar is cos at the end of it is a pink stone but it comes to a point at the end and it digging in to the bite infection...

you would have to be really carefull and al;ways rememmber which side belongs to whom, chances are you may well forget but then its too late, safe than sorry is my advice. -

wow, i thought it was just me about gluten-free breads, i too have a small reaction when i eat gluten-free bread, i thought it may be that i had a reaction to some other ingriedient but thought i was being paranoid but i must have, reading the posts here ive come to the point where i think i have to get tested for something else that is makeing me ill. thanx... -

apart from the gluten thing i have a milk issue, yeserday i made tea and me and hubby decided on bacon and leftovers, we cooked it all on the george grill, all gluten-free, and it was good untill i found left over mashed potatoe in the fridge and decided to put that on the grill too, before i knew it i had eaten the bacon and was there licking the mashed...

uh oh, had a salad today for lunch in town and she put pickled beetroot in it, and my friend ( who isnt celiac ) made me try her tuna and pepper salad thta was coated in balsamic vineger. oh well its a waiting game now as how long it takes for me to be ill. thanx all.

ive been told that i should also stay away from malt vineger, havent cut it out of diet as i do love pickled onions, still haveing probs so was thinking it may be cos of the malt, also fructose and glucose in squash drinks, bit confused about this one, is malt a relation to gluten?

i too thought banannas were bindeing so cut them out of my diet, im glad they are actually good for you so im reintreuceing them, i love smoothies and they just dont taiste the same without a B as it helps make it a bit thicker like a mcdonalds shake ( not that i eat them anymore). i soooo miss my nannnas, this is good news.

i fell for you, it can be very frustrateing when you are not getting any better. ive been gluten-free since mid may and altho initialy i did feel a whole lot better i fell back to square 1. there has to be another intolerace which is makeing my tummy bloat and gas and im still getting bad C. ive started a food diary, what you said about coke, i too drink... -

queen of heatrs, i get the same pms symptoms as you, you go aroung in a daze the whole time you are on your period with disastrous thoughts about people and the things you have done, it can drive you crazy. -

what a bummer, all 3 the antidepressants the period and the glutening can m,ake things 10 times worse, the antdepressants i dont know but the period and the glutening will pass and you will feel better soon. i cry a lot too when glutend and get angry with it and myself, dont be too hard on yourself your only human. best of luck and i hope you fell better... -

i also had depresion after diagnoses and my energy levels went to zero really quickly, ive been gluten-free since mid may and im only just starting to feel the positive effects of a gluten-free diet. it will improve but sometimes it can take some time to feel better. stick with gluten-free diet as it will come to you and you will learn how to eat right to... -
this forum is a must for the newly diagnosed as it does contain things i personally would have never thought about excludeing from my diet. keep at it as it only gets easier to pick the thing you know are good for you and safe. everyone here is in the same boat and we all need ecouagement and some sympathy and its allways best from people who understand and...

jane i get a lot of emotional upset when glutend but didnt realize it untill i posted it here. i cry, get angry and very confused. its really scary to say the least.it took 3 days to get to fell\better and my huby was doing his nutt.
