  1. be carefull as this product is suppose to be for occasional use, i suffer with chronic C a lot and have been in hospital from it, your body will start to rely on it if you take it too long and before you know it you need something stronger, ive now come off them and now drink more water and also take fig syrup which goes work without giveing D big time and...
  2. are your vits milk free, the reason i ask was i had to chuck all my vits out as they all contained milk, suitable for vegans is a good tip when buying vits. sorry if ive got it wrong.

  9. hay andreab, tottally agree with you, i enquired about haveing the single shots but was turned down flat, you can get them privately if you go to france which we were unable to do or pay to go to an unregisterd clinic and these clinics dont have any facilities to store these meds so are not keopt at the right temp, so no to the that one. over here you are...
  10. dont know if this is fact but a trainer told me this, apparantly 10 mins of skipping each day will beat off osteoperosis, please if anyone knows this is wrong please let me know. maybe this can help.
  11. wow thats really interesting, i would have eaten the fries at least as i think its only potatoes , right ? i ate mc donalds fries the other day and come to think of it didnt feel too good later but put it down to something lse and certainly not the fries. im so glad i got this site i learn something new every day, thanx.

  14. my sister is also like this, a total attention seeker. why should you have to keep quiet about your childs illness, not to be rude here but diabetes can be controlled with meds but celiac cant. ide be mad as well at her behaviour. vent away you need it.

  19. i know this is old post but had to reply to this one, my mother who is not celiac ( but i suspect she is) was bit by an insect 3 weeks ago then a few days latera rash appearded on her arms, the doc gave her cream but it got worse, then she noticed a small like boil on her ankle where she was bit, 2 days past she went back to the doc eho gave her antibiotics...

  22. i am so craveing for a nice hot mug of hot chocolate right now, been searching for a gluten and milk free chocolate drink but havent found one, yesterday i found a cadburys cocoa powder, it says suitable for bakeing and drinking just add milk, well it doesnt matter what kind of milk ( rice milk). anyway is this safe? have a feeling it ok but need to be sure...
  23. i have recently deducted coke from my diet cos it contains things that obtains things that absorb calcium not in a good sesence, ( so ive been told) being celiac you are prone to osteroperosis so you need to be carefull, again dont know if its true but being sensetive here, its a bummer cos i love diet coke. if anyone can say otherwise ide love to hear it...
  24. i feel like this when glutend but am not phisically sick. if these are your regular symptoms of glutening dont worry you will return to normal soon otherwise if its not you may have some food poisoning, go to your doc if you are unsure.
