    <snort> My boss is an MD who's dad is a diagnosed Celiac. Boss was denied life insurance because his cholesterol was too low. Did he stop eating gluten? Nope. No symptoms = no problem.

    I'm curious if you know anything more about this. I vaguely remember trying to research very low cholesterol one time and couldn't find any studies on it. I wonder if the cholesterol itself is the problem, or the fact that it marks a much more severe issue - like malabsorption.

    Band varies with my mood. Currently liking lady gaga and diana ross. got no bucket list. If I want it i do it. not really a home person. I think some people are streamers, and some people are foundations. I stream. no ocd whatsoevah dream vacation....I try to keep up on these so nothing is ever so distant as to be a dream.

    OK, so I have a more than full time job, a three hour commute, I'm taking an upper level math class (and will be taking more) and I actively dislike my boss. I work out 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, and about an hour on the other two. All of my housework gets done on the weekend, including making all my food for the week, since I don't have time to cook...

    If gluten is your issue and you don't go gluten-free you may end up so sick you can't work. You don't have to buy weird food, just eat meat and veggies.
