  1. OMG!!! It's the start of the black hole caused by the Hadron Collider
  2. Leaving work early so as not to miss a word (and get an early start on the whine wine...)
  3. Sooze!! You saved Patti from an Edna crime!
  4. You might want to get your thyroid levels rechecked again. As your intestines heal you might be absorbing more of your synthroid and actually be overmedicating yourself. Also think about taking out the other big allergens; corn, soy, casein. Either all at once, or one at a time to look for lack of symptoms.
  5.  My yard is full of dead things in various stages of decay. Also plenty of pup poop from the neighbour's dog.
  6. Dang, three pages since last night. Some random respones: Sorry  Awww Crap  <---- Walmart trumpeter taking a breath Same Here Loved it!!
  7. Yah, well, I didn't want my dad's ugly feet, either, but I'm willing to accept them because of all the good things I got from him.
  8. Don't miss your chance to participate in this historic US election because you forgot to register! Open Original Shared Link
  9. Just on the off chance they hadn't noticed that for themselves.
  10. I'm actually beginning to suspect that pink fru-fru drinks are good for the brain. Kinda like excessive vodka helps you speak Russian.
  11. With regard to malarial infection as measured by a luciferase assay in transfected cells. The cells are measurably deficient in all of the TLRs, but, as you all know, TLR4 is so sensitive that any endogenous expression in conjunction with endotoxin contamination of the purified malarial protein could easily give aberrant results. Been thinkin' on this...
  12. I had stopped eating wheat without realizing it. I had cupboards full of pasta and pretzels and cereals that I had never opened. Also had the full/bloated feeling after beer and an immediate headache. And the stomach growling thing. And I was starving all the time, except for the hour or so after eating some wheat based product (when my stomach...
  13. Back. Not toasted. I didn't realize that the bartender only waits on one section and I didn't choose a seat there. Ah well, now I know. Did have three pink fru-fru thingies. Pleasantly buzzed, but not alarmingly so. Sooo, back to trying to figure out how to differentiate endotoxin contamination acting on endogenous TLR4 from a true effect of CD14/MD...
  14. Wish me luck. Headin' out for lunch with my drinkin' buddy ate her free pour spot. (Remember what happened last time.)
  15. Nuts, nut bars. You can make your own by food processing nuts together with a bit of dried fruit.
  16. You could skip the testing and just all go gluten-free. It's a very healthy way of eating (unless you choose to spend the money on the pricey gluten-free goodies).
  17. I switched to sea salt to increase my mineral intake, also based on a lot of things discussed here. Seems to help with leg cramps.
  18. I just googled a guy I had a crush on in high school. He actually has a web page and something of a blog. It's one of those types of blogs that you start reading and think "Does this guy actually think that someone wants to read about how happy he is that Dr Who is back on the air?" Weird to think of the paths that life takes you on (or, thankfully,...
  19. Or Jack's nose is actually full of duck eggs.
  20. Please be wary of people diagnosing you over the internet.
  21. Very good idea. I was going to suggest limiting your diet to low fat meat (like chicken or fish) and well cooked veggies for a couple weeks just to give your digestive system a rest. Gentle fruits like bananas and white rice would be good too. Treat yourself as if you've had a bad stomach flu and eat only the most gentle of foods.
  22. The risk is the same for all of us. You have no control over how people interpret your words, no matter how carefully you choose them. I just figure if somebody wants to put a negative spin on my words, it's just a reflection of their own unhappiness. Maybe I can change that, maybe I can't, but I know I'll feel bad if I haven't at least offered my opinion...
  23. Don't strain yourself, now.
