I´m a vetaren and a newbie at the same time(my previous posts explain this apparent contradiction). I´ve read a few comments about potatoe starch being a no- no. Does that mean that potatoes contain gluten and shouldn´t be included in a gluten-free diet or is potatoe starch one of those things that has nothing to do with it´s namesake? Hi, Found your forum and thought I´d see if anybody can offer advice. As A baby I was very ill and failing to thrive(40 years ago).
