thank you so much for this discussion! I went to the dentist yesterday and seemed like everything was fine...started some cramps this am and I have been having diarreah all morning- I was panicking because I beleive I did not ingest any gluten through my diet...but reading this helps me to understand I need to reserach a bit more and help my dentist understand...
