    I'm gluten and dairy free, but I'm glad I didn't have to give up SMOKING... a bad habit, but I gave up everything else.

    I would go talk to the artist about it. He might know what to do.

    It msy just be her skin then. Did they peel alot? Did you pick at it? Picking at it will take the ink away. Learned that the hard, expensive way.

    How long did they take to heal? It usually takes 1-2 weeks. Did she keep the sun off of them for a month after getting them done? Did she use the recommended lotion to help heal them? Did she wash them 3-4 times a day for a few weeks after getting it done? Sorry, alot of questions, but you have to be careful after you get it done.

    That's my little piggy inmy avatar. He's 1 year and 4 months and weighs 21 pounds!! I have him on diet food but he eats his brothers food when we're not home I tell my little brother that he is singing in that picture. He's 3 so he just says "NO! cats don't sing!!?" It's adorable!

    I used to work at a show barn in NY (you know, the stuck-up 14-year-olds and their controlling mothers). Anyway they would go out and spend 60K on a green horse "because he is pretty" and have me work with him. Nothing like getting thrown into fences and puddles for a living! Alot of Quarter horses, Arabs, a Tennesse Walk... gorgeous!!! I love horses...

    OOO I'm so glad you had a great time!! At least the weather held out for you! We could use the rain though, those brush fires are starting up again. MGM has gotten better. Thank god for that! I used to hate that place too! Did you catch the Stunt Show? And the Rockin' Roller Coaster? I love Aerosmith and rollercoasters so you can't go wrong there...

    Try having a meal replacement drink with your meals. They have alot of calories in them. I think Nestle has gluten-free ones. It will say gluten-free right on the can, I think.

    Yea, I mentioned in the e-mail how serious it is,how undiagnosed it is and that many people are misdiagnosed. I emphasized on how doctors don't even know what it is and that it is more common than people think. Hopefully, they get the point. I listed some symptoms ( the major ones ) and what it does to our bodies. I wrote about what we have to stay away...

    Yes! Everyone write to them. Maybe they'll get the idea if they get enough e-mails. Then again, it's showbiz. They more concered about what Mel Gibson has to say when he's drunk than people's health.

    I sent an e-mail to the producers of the Oprah Winfrey show saying that they should do an episode on Celiac. I explained what Celiac is, what gluten is, why we can't eat it and how many people have that don't know it. I also mentioned how "un-informed" the medical field is about it too. Well, let's hope they care enough to follow up on it. (( ))

    Winter Park is a bit of a drive from Disney. Publix carries Amy's frozen dinners. The lasagna, enchiladas, tofu and thai stir-fry. It by the natural foods section. They have gluten-free pasta and some flavored rice. I live in Orlando so if you have any other questions, let me know!!
