Please ask your server for egg alternatives if omelettes are a favorite.

We do offer a few items that do not contain wheat like: shell eggs, most breakfast meats, fruits in season, oatmeal [EAT
OATS WITH CAUTION….. NOT ALL CELIACS CAN TOLERATE OATS], tossed salad, baked potatoes, hamburger patties and grilled
cod (prepared without flour).

AVOID:
Please Note that IHOP omelet batter contains a small amount of buttermilk pancake flour

IHOP Buckwheat pancakes are also a blend of wheat and buckwheat flours
are numerous resources on the internet that may assist you in your
gluten free efforts covering broad topics like pre-harvest and milling
contamination, meal planning ideas, hidden gluten sources, non gluten

Intro

Well this is what I want Lists, Lists and more Lists. All I want to do is go to one page and find what we can eat. So I will make my own lists from other places I go to. :lol: Of course anyone can send their own lists here too. Just make it short and sweet. :P
