Coeliacs Are Special.
Coeliacs are special. Not better or worse, superior or inferior. Just special. 'Set apart'. Many of us had an education based on western european cultural derivatives: sit forward, face front, 'we' have all the answers. [note: for those easily offended, I say 'culture'. A cultural is not a race. It is my opinion race is a synthetic designator designed to separate people, much as religion, football clubs, nationalities, etc - who cares?] But why this education, and not others? AGrain Intolerance & Iodine
Iodine: this very vital substance has been villified by the same people who stand to gain the most from it's non-use: M.D.'s (truly a criminal racket) So it's no surprise to see it's use disdained in an otherwise accurate review of the symptoms of so-called 'coeliac': grain-intolerance. While I keep sources private and methods of preparation, it's use is quite simple: If you are outside of north america, it's easy to order it through the pharmacist, and they in turn order it from a lab,Activated Charcoal
Carry these tablets with you. If accidentally you ingest something with wheat, and realize it within a few minutes to 10 or 15 minutes at most, take these and they will absorb, blocking a lot of the potential reaction. They are available widely, health food stores and mail-order, and are fairly-inexpensive.Gut Insensitivity And Anti-Social Behaviour
I'm talking here about real anti-social behaviour, not projected fashionable behaviour, or it's opposite. This is when the gut, specifically the small intestine, really the seat of our emotions, is under attack from our own body, rendering us insensitive to our own feelings, and consequently, those of others. We 'celiacs' seek to repair the damage to the gut, in large part because of the isolation caused by constantly being triggered by food. If the brain or mind, is overwhelmed with stCoffee! This is something to help sufferers - it helps me, and it's widely reported to help others, so i'm sharing it with you: Fresh-roasted coffee, fresh-brewed, (organic, fair-trade, etc) A 10-cup espresso maker (50ml x 10, 500ml) Two passes of water (same coffee-grounds, first pass strong, second is weak). I remember in the forth grade when a girl who knew I had Celiac, came up to me and put bread in my face, touching my lips and getting some of it in my mouth, she started laughing, then I remember running away crying wondering why someone would do such a thing,I also remember when I was in the 3rd grade a teacher staring at me because instead of bread I just had the meat, and her coming up to me asking why I do that, she didn't mean any harm, she was just curious but she made me feel so bad about mCalifornia Firm Recalls Chorizo Sausages Due to Misbranding and an Undeclared Wheat

:( I thought that the itching in my hands, stomach area, feet and toes was due to some rare, unmanageable peripheral neural damage disease. That's what my allopath doc says. I'm learning slowly the limits to allopathic medicine: if the trouble is not a pathogen or some huge physical catastrophe, they often don't understand the trouble. So what a relief to find some others who have had the itching and can link it to ingestion of gluten. I had been off gluten for a week and the itchIngredient Labeling

Off to Portland I was so happy and determined for so long about going to the college in Portlant that nothing was getting me down. I was like walking on clouds. Just before I moved out of state, I felt something very dark looming over me. It wasn't like the dark emotional waves that use to crash over me, it was out of my hands and coming toward me. I prayed about it but felt like I recieved an answer 'your going to experience this so be prepared'. Up until senior year in Highschool, I did hurt myself, usually when I failed at something and or got too emotionaly distraught. I used objects or my hands to hit myself. One moody day I did successfully knock my jaw out of alignment, that hurt more than I thought it would. I vowed to God if He healed me I'd never do it again. The Chiropractor couldn't get my jaw realigned, I had waited too long to go see him. Hurting myself was wrong and didn't fix anything, obviously. Dixonpete, I thought of you when I saw this article, although it may not have anything new for you.
I read a research article today about how hookworms are being considered as a standard of care of colitis. Dunno about them used for obesity treatment though. The first thing I did once I figured out I wasn't reacting to gluten anymore was to head for the bakery isle. It had been 13 years..
