Hi!! My daughter was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I've been shocked by how little education the doctor offered other than a pamphlet and advice to "start eating a gluten-free diet". We left the appointment having no idea what gluten was! After 2 weeks of online research, I thought why not create this club where people can share good information with others in South Carolina? You are welcome to share your knowledge with others around you. If you're not from South Carolina.No worries! You are welcome here too.
